For five days each January, a town of 11,000 people hosts the most concentrated week of dealmaking on earth. Roughly 3,000 people are inside the official programme. Five hundred-plus events run outside it. We have been producing in that second Davos for years.
The week that is not on the programme
Every storefront on the Promenade is rented. The sports shop becomes a bank. The bakery becomes a country. The most valuable conversation of the week happens at a dinner nobody published, in a room you had to know about.
That is the Davos we work in. Not the Congress Centre, the dinners, the houses, the breakfasts and the closed briefings orbiting it, where the relationships are actually built.

Ways to do Davos with us
Davos Event Planning and Production
We offer full planning and production for brands, funds, and delegations hosting during the Annual Meeting. Venue, permits, accreditation, guest list, run of show, and team on the ground all week.

For the first time in the history of the Annual Meeting, Davos has capped the number of event activations it will permit: a maximum of 125 temporary builds and venue conversions across the core Promenade zones, allocated by zone and reduced again for 2028.
When applications exceed the slots available, projects are scored and ranked rather than processed in order — weighted most heavily on the quality of your application and your compliance record from the previous year. The building permit deadline moved forward a month to 15 August. Sponsors must now be declared as end-users in the original application, which ends the December sponsorship sale. And a repeat violation now blocks the venue for a year, not just the operator.
Most of this was published in German and has barely been covered in English. If you are being offered a Promenade activation for 2027, ask to see a filed application number before you sign anything.
