Arrive known. Davos, made navigable.

For five days each January, a town of 11,000 people hosts the most concentrated week of dealmaking on earth. Roughly 3,000 people are inside the official programme. Five hundred-plus events run outside it. We have been producing in that second Davos for years.

01  /  The premise

Where the week actually happens, and why it is not on any published schedule.

The week that is not
on the programme.

Every storefront on the Promenade is rented. The sports shop becomes a bank. The bakery becomes a country. The most valuable conversation of the week happens at a dinner nobody published, in a room you had to know about.

That is the Davos we work in. Not the Congress Centre, the dinners, the houses, the breakfasts and the closed briefings orbiting it, where the relationships are actually built.

03 Three routes

Ways to do Davos with us

We produce it

Davos Event Planning and Production

We offer full planning and production for brands, funds, and delegations hosting during the Annual Meeting. Venue, permits, accreditation, guest list, run of show, and team on the ground all week.

— Dispatch · 2027 rule changes

For the first time in the history of the Annual Meeting, Davos has capped the number of event activations it will permit: a maximum of 125 temporary builds and venue conversions across the core Promenade zones, allocated by zone and reduced again for 2028.

Scored & ranked

Not processed in order

One year

A repeat violation blocks the venue, not just the operator

When applications exceed the slots available, projects are scored and ranked rather than processed in order — weighted most heavily on the quality of your application and your compliance record from the previous year. The building permit deadline moved forward a month to 15 August. Sponsors must now be declared as end-users in the original application, which ends the December sponsorship sale. And a repeat violation now blocks the venue for a year, not just the operator.

Most of this was published in German and has barely been covered in English. If you are being offered a Promenade activation for 2027, ask to see a filed application number before you sign anything.

Davos rewards people who have done it before. If you would rather not learn it the expensive way, talk to us.

You join us

Join our delegation

Davos, made navigable.

Davos during the World Economic Forum is an extraordinary week, and an extraordinarily confusing one. Hundreds of events run independently across the village. There is no central schedule, no single way in, and no map. The most valuable conversations often happen in rooms you didn’t know existed, hosted by organisations you’ve never heard of.

Our delegation takes that problem off your hands. You join a small group of 10 leaders and spend the week with a team that has done this before. Before you land, we learn what you’re coming for and shape your week around it. When you walk into a room, you’re expected, and you’re never in it alone.

How the week works

  • You stay with us. Five nights in our private chalet. Breakfast is at the chalet each morning, alongside your fellow delegates.

  • Your calendar is built for you. We register you for the Open Forum sessions, side events, dinners and salons that fit your goals, and we skip the rest.

  • The House of Collaboration is yours all week. Full access throughout, as a base between meetings.

  • We arrange the meetings. We identify the investors, executives, and policymakers most relevant to your mission, and we set up the introductions.

  • You’re prepared each day. A daily one-on-one session to sharpen your goals, refine your message, and get ready for the conversations ahead.

  • Someone is beside you. We walk you to events and into rooms, so you arrive briefed, on time, and introduced.

You’ll spend the week alongside family office principals, fund leaders, founders and policymakers. We won’t tell you their names, and we won’t tell anyone yours. That discretion is why the right people say yes.
