arrive known: DAVOS, made navigable
For five days each January, a town of 11,000 people hosts the most concentrated week of dealmaking on earth. Roughly 3,000 people are inside the official programme. Five hundred-plus events run outside it. We have been producing in that second Davos for years.
The week that is not on the programme
Every storefront on the Promenade is rented. The sports shop becomes a bank. The bakery becomes a country. The most valuable conversation of the week happens at a dinner nobody published, in a room you had to know about.
That is the Davos we work in. Not the Congress Centre, the dinners, the houses, the breakfasts and the closed briefings orbiting it, where the relationships are actually built.

Ways to do Davos with us
Davos Event Planning and Production
We offer full planning and production for brands, funds, and delegations hosting during the Annual Meeting. Venue, permits, accreditation, guest list, run of show, and team on the ground all week.
1
For the first time in the history of the Annual Meeting, Davos has capped the number of event activations it will permit: a maximum of 125 temporary builds and venue conversions across the core Promenade zones, allocated by zone and reduced again for 2028.
When applications exceed the slots available, projects are scored and ranked rather than processed in order — weighted most heavily on the quality of your application and your compliance record from the previous year. The building permit deadline moved forward a month to 15 August. Sponsors must now be declared as end-users in the original application, which ends the December sponsorship sale. And a repeat violation now blocks the venue for a year, not just the operator.
Most of this was published in German and has barely been covered in English. If you are being offered a Promenade activation for 2027, ask to see a filed application number before you sign anything.
Davos rewards people who have done it before. If you would rather not learn it the expensive way, talk to us.

Davos Made Navigable: A Concierge Experience
Attending Davos during the World Economic Forum is an extraordinary opportunity, and an extraordinarily confusing one. With hundreds of events organized independently across the village, navigating the week can overwhelm even seasoned attendees. There is no central schedule, no single point of entry, and no roadmap. The most valuable conversations often happen in rooms you didn't know existed, hosted by organizations you've never heard of.
The Mission-Driven Davos Delegation removes that friction entirely. We offer an exclusive concierge service for a curated group of delegates, designed to ensure that every moment of your week in Davos is purposeful, productive, and seamless.
What's included:
Accommodations in our private chalet, located for convenient access to the heart of the Forum
Speaking Opportunity and full week access to the House of Collaboration
Curated event registration across the endless landscape of official Forum sessions, private gatherings, panels, dinners, and salons
Food and beverage thoughtfully coordinated throughout the week, from breakfasts at the chalet to evening receptions
Strategic meeting coordination with the executives, investors, policymakers, and thought leaders most relevant to your mission
Daily one-on-one coaching to sharpen your goals, refine your messaging, and maximize each conversation
Personal escorting to events and activities, so you arrive prepared, on time, and never alone in an unfamiliar room
This is Davos made navigable, a high-touch experience for leaders who want to show up at their best, focus on the relationships that matter, and leave the logistics to a team that has done this before.

TWO PASS OPTIONS: BOOK A CALL IF YOU WANT TO CUSTOMIZE
Arrive known.
Your week in Davos, prepared before you land.
For five days each January, Davos hosts the most concentrated week of dealmaking on earth. Thousands of people make the trip, and many spend it reading schedules and queueing outside rooms they can’t get into. Our delegates don’t.
You’ll travel as part of a small delegation through the World Economic Forum week, [dates]. Before you arrive, we learn what you’re coming for and shape your week around it. We tell you which sessions matter, which receptions are worth your evening, and who you should be sitting beside. Then we make the introductions.
You’ll spend the week alongside family office principals, fund leaders, founders and policymakers. We won’t tell you their names, and we won’t tell anyone yours. That discretion is why the right people say yes.
What’s included
Five nights’ accommodation in Davos [hotel or area]
Transfer from Zurich Airport to Davos and back
Your WEF Open Forum security badge
Reserved seating at selected Open Forum sessions
Full access to the House of Collaboration throughout the week
Invitations to selected side events and private receptions
A private welcome dinner with your fellow delegates
A team on the ground to support you all week
Most meals
Four calls through the year with business leaders from the programme
Not included: international flights, WEF white badge
This is for you if
You want more from Davos than a lanyard and a full calendar. You’d rather have six conversations that matter than sixty that don’t. And you’d like to walk into each one already introduced.
